I've been looking for a roaster/broiling pan. Heavy enough not to warp under high heat. Not non-stick since I want to deglaze the pan for sauces. DW safe - my husband puts everything in the DW or it doesn't get washed! AND a conductive bottom surface for even heating and use on the stove top during deglazing.

I looked at the much more expensive All-Clad Roti BUT the handles were at a fixed height - too tall for close positioning next to my broiler. The handles of the multi-pan fold down.

Even if it weren't on sale, it's a fraction of the cost of the All Clad, meets all of my needs and my family's lack of care . . . this is perfect!!!

This pan is seriously quality made like none I've seen. It is beyond restaurant quality. It isn't shiny and the edges aren't rolled but are a one peice, not folded over. It has ridges on bottom. I used the vertical roaster for chicken and it was delicious. It did take over 2 hours to cook but it was a big chicken, over 4 pounds. This pan is nice and deep but not a huge foot print so it's easy to store and I just nest my other SS pans in it. It is by far the best quality pan I have. It was easy to clean. The handles have to be in a locked position to use otherwise they are hanging down. I found it easier not to use them. I like the brushed SS because it's easier to clean.

I got this pan because I love the Cameron smoker. The pan is definitely heavy duty and can withstand the heat of my restaurant range. I am not crazy about the ridged bottom but all in all it's a good pan.

This is a good sturdy pan. Love the flat rack that comes with it for cooking a roast in my convection oven. I can put potatoes around the roast without them falling through to the bottom. I would have bought the pan with the rack alone, so the stand up chicken roaster is a GREAT bonus.

says it all. Less than middle quality. Already off-chrome in many areas. Scared to use it but too much hassle to return it.
