The Wildfire is a very solid knife -- no wiggle in the blade, good, solid liner lock, and locking mechanism for when it is closed. Smooth, fast opening, one-handed closing, and razor-sharp out of the box.Pocket clip is good -- nothing to snag on. Comparing side-by-side to the Camillus Heat which costs a lot more, the blade looks identical and is made of the same material (AUS-8). The handle on the Wildfire is a little thicker and has a different pattern on it. This is my new every-day carry knife. I'm probably going to buy a few more as backups or gifts. Highly recommended. |
