This was the first 7th Heaven book I read so I was just exploring. I can tell you that all those people who say stories based on TV is ... are wrong! I loved this book and it gave my another 7th heaven rertue to think about. Lucy get's tangled between what's yruley right and got she truley wants, will she chose to be faithful toward her pnly friend at camp or will she get caught up in a stir of love? I highly recomend this! It will keep you going back for more.
I am also reading the Sister's Through the Seasons and I'm just on the first book in that "Ruthy goes to Hollywoood" I suggest this after you read Camp Camden

I picked up this book over the weekend at a used bookstore. I did not even know that 7th Heaven had a book series. I found it to be wonderful.
It is very similar to the tv program. There are issues and there are solutions.
I would recommend this book for ten years old and above because Lucy has a camp love and it may not be appropriate for the younger crowd.
I is also very good if you have kids or grandkids that are off to camp. It shows the general what you bring to camp, how to get there and what goes on during camp. It may help to ease some of the fear of your kids before they go to camp.
I hope you enjoy this book as much as I have.

this is a good book camp, but I like the oher 7th Heaven books a little better. although it is still a good book.
