Right out of the box: This was easy to assemble, came with the tool to put on the handle.

I like the beefy handle with the lock down lid so you can carry it like a suitcase.

The grate is pre seasoned cast iron, this is great for cooking the temp is nice and even and hot enough to sear a steak.

It says you can sprinkle some wood chips under the grate and it also can work as a smoker which would be interesting to throw a little extra flavoring.

My stove is the Camp Chef Explorer Series EX-60LW 2-Burner Modular Cooking System, Black and it locks into the frame perfect. Now I have a barbecue and a cooker.

I purchased this grill box, this was by far the best price anywhere,

including E-bay. Got the shipping for a great price too, I would highly

recommend this product. The only issue I have had in 3 months is the handle screws loosen up easily. Before travelling or packing up your grill

box, check the fine thread screws first to make sure they are snug.

I have the Camp Chef stove and now the grill box for home grilling. I love the stove and plan to do some home canning on it soon. The grill box is a great addition. I especially like the even heat of the cast iron grill. It is easy to use, the perfect size for all our needs, and the whole unit is portable. The construction is sturdy and so I anticipate a lot of years of use. I would never go back to the useless gadgets and mediocre results of the conventional grill. As a bonus, I especially like the industrial design of this unit. It is a better value than units that can cost even more.

THIS IS THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR CAMP CHEF. THOUGHT IT COVERED BOTH BURNERS, BUT IS BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR NEEDS. SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED CARRYING BAG, AND AM GOING TO ORDER NOW THAT WE HAVE USED IT. ALSO SINCE IT ONLY COVERS ONE BURNER I NOW HAVE TO HAVE THE GRIDDLE FOR THE OTHER SIDE.

this add on to the stove is super well made - we have used ours 2 summers now and its still in great shape - enamel is strong and doesn't scratch easily - grills are well made. cleans up easily with brush, eco-degreaser and a garden hose. easily removed from the stove for using the stove as a stove... we would suggest buying the stove carry bag (we have 2 - one for the stove and one for the bbq) as the two together don't fit in 1 bag - and it will get grease every where when you put it away... the stove bag fits it nicely with room for extras and keeps the grease from migrating everywhere. one negative - the temp gauge routinely gets water filled from rain - needs a better seal.

This is a nice grill box. I bought it for my 3 burner grill, leaving the third burner free for cooking other items. It has a temperature gauge which is helpful for knowing when to put items on the grill. Have used it many times for steaks, chicken and vegetables, food always turns out great. Have used it in a pinch to bake a tray of lasagna one time, and peach cobbler another time. The box support under the rack warped quite a bit after the first couple of uses, but that hasn't affected the use of the product as far as I can tell. The rack cleans easily, just use a wire grill brush after it cools down, and run through the dishwasher when we get home from camping.

It was all it said it was. It works very well on my Camp Chef cook stove. I love it!!!

This is my second grill box, they get the job done.
Weather"s fairly well. I got three years out of my first one.
Everything rot's out in time, yet all n all, It's a wonderful product.
