We were thinking of building in a wood pizza oven, not any more.

This oven works great heats up much faster than I expected (be careful it gets very hot)

I use a store bought dough that comes in a ball, it works best to use 1/2 to make two small pizzas.
cooks in about 5 minutes or less, AMAZING. 600 degrees is about the right temp.

Tip, first pizzas don't stack toppings too high until you get the hang of it.

The knob has a built in ignitor, you have to twist it just right to get it light, It can take a few twists right after you change bottles.

Pizza at home has never been so easy and cheap!

Where do I begin?! I love this oven! I make awesome pizza, flat breads, pita bread, crackers, buns, muffins and pretzels, and more.....all wonderful. There was a small learning curve, I would start out making a mini pizza if you are going to make your own dough. I use semolina flour to keep stuff from sticking, and a metal pizza scooper, the wooden ones are too thick and push the food around too much when you are trying to scoop your food out of the oven. I would invest in the cover, it keeps it tidy.

Update: I have had this wonderful oven for 8 months and I still love it, not one complaint. It was a excellent choice and purchase. I brings a smile to my face every time I use or look at it. The high heat makes the difference. The book that compliments this pizza oven is Peter Reinharts wonderful book "American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza". There you will find the perfect recipes for different pizza crusts. There are recipes on the internet but he tells you the "secrets" to a wonderful pizza dough. It is not in just mixing the dough and rolling it out, that is where the internet recipes fail.

So far so good. Lights easily and heats up to 650F in about 15 minutes. The bottom cooks evenly and I haven't needed to rotate or move the pizza around.

After purchasing this as a gift I finally got to reap the benefits when I was invited for the ceremonial first use pizza party. After reading numerous reviews I did not expect much but was amazed by the efficiency, I installed the oven using the included hose to a 20# tank and was able to achieve 680 degrees in less than 10 minutes despite the fact it was 15 degrees outside. I was able to cook 8, 8" pizzas and an herb bread in a little under an hour. In order to cook thoroughly you need to limit the topping to 3-4 we did one with 6 toppings and before the top was done I had burnt the crust. One other nice feature is despite the fact that the stove achieves 700 degrees easily the underside was relatively cool and I was able to place it on the wooden deck and not worry about burning anything. I foresee one of these being delivered to MY house shortly after experiencing how quickly I can have artisan pizza.

Got this last sept, fantastic performance. Cooked in > 100 degree outdoor temp to 30 degrees F. Takes a bit of experimenting as outdoor temp affect cooking time and the need to rotate the pizza. Only issue is the raised lip on the stone has chipped off in many places from using the cleaning scrapper. Be sure to use the IR thermometer if you want consistent results.
