I am only 20% of the way through the Kindle edition of this book but the messed up formatting is getting in the way of enjoying the content. It looks like someone scanned the book, used character recognition software and didn't bother to check the results. I'm going to go ahead and find a used hardcopy of this book and start over.

1.0 out of 5 stars Miserable treatment of a very good book September 14, 2011

I agree with the other reviewer. This Kindle edition is so loaded with typographical and format errors that it takes all the enjoyment out of reading it. Fortunately, someone gave me a hard copy of this and I'm going to read that instead. Since I'm going on a business trip and wanted to take my Kindle with me I'm doubly disappointed.
