High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spray guns operate at lower air cap pressures than conventional spray guns (below 10psi). Atomized paint from an HVLP spray gun is delivered to the work surface at lower velocities than conventional spray guns, reducing bounce back and overspray. This results in a higher transfer efficiency of material, reducing paint consumption by 20-30-Percent.

Campbell Hausfeld,

We have used these paint guns to spray sign faces for many years. They changed the opening where the paint is sprayed from to a smaller hole. When I tried to buy the parts I needed, Campbell Hausfeld didn't carry those parts anymore. Now I have 4 paint guns I can't use.
