Comment: About half of the pages have a ding on the edge which put a 1 inch crease in the margin. The text looks clean and does not have any marking.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpful By jhill on March 28, 2005
Throughout my three years on my high school's quiz bowl team, I have seen numerous study materials, from books in specialized subjects to binders full of printed lists to the older Campbell's quiz book, and this is by far the most comprehensive book out there. It covers everything: language, literature, mythology, art, music, history, geography, math, and all the sciences. You would think a book crammed with so much information would be a burden to carry, but it's about the same size as any regular book. It's perfect for studying on your own, quizzing with a friend, or quizzing the whole team on buzzers. And even at retail price, it's cheap enough for each member on a team to have their own. John Campbell and Patrick's Press have done a phenomenal job over the years in developing high quality quiz bowl material.

If you buy only one quiz-bowl related book, this is the one.
