Since we love staying at Corps of Engineers parks, this book is essential to locating and choosing the right campground. We had purchased a previous edition, and were delighted to find a newer version of the book. We use it every time we take our trailer out. If there isn't a Corps campground near, we are disappointed. This book clearly lists the facilities availale and gives directions to finding the park.

Book seems to be up to date with information. I have not been to a campground using it yet. The campgrounds are listed by state and there is a map where the campground is located. This is helpful to know if a campground is near where you are going. A lot of the campgrounds have GPS coordinates. Information of the campgrounds (route to campground) number of sites, cost per night, shelters, general information of campground ie swimming, boat rentals, hiking trails, phone numbers and more. Some parks have more information than others depending on the facilities offered at the park. Book is well written and informative and worth adding to your collection of camping book guides.

Loved the general information section - We've already gone out and purchased $10.00 lifetime Senior Pass for all National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands. Their use of symbols for each campground made it easy for me to pick and choose which sites I wanted to do further research. Found that the Campground websites tied to the Corps of Engineers were much more informative than the private campground websites and the Corps had plenty of pictures to back up their descriptions. We will be utilizing this book often in our new role as full-time RV'ers, I would recommend it to all my friends.

The book is very informative and helpful to my wife and I. We are RV campers and love to use the Corps Parks whereever and whenever possible. This book helps us to not only locate different parks, but to incorporate the parks in our trip itinerary. This gives us a chance to camp in a decent place, and enjoy the outdoors and scenery of these camps. It also saves us money, which makes our trips all that much more enjoyable.

This book gives a great discription of campgrounds managed by the Corps of Engineers (and there are many). It lists the amenities of each site and what to expect. Love the book and it is with us anytime we are on the road. Using this book just one night will pay for itself
