An innovative cookbook for the tiny dorm room
What other cookbook promises a decent cooking experience with just a dorm fridge, hot pot, blender, and toaster oven? When I was stuck in a dorm with a (messy) community kitchen, I found myself referring to this quite often. Very innovative!

good for graduate students, not as good for freshmen
Many of the easy and undoubtedly tasty recipes come with suggestions for wine based sauces and cocktails that will not be permissible for underclassmen.
