My fiancee told me to read one page of the book, and before I knew it, I was at page 100, and it was an hour after my normal bedtime.

When I first heard about this book I couldn't contain my excitement....and after it's long awaited debut it did not disappoint. This book is eerily similar to my own college experience which hits close to home..a time in my life that I will never forget. Ryan Nemeth weaves together a collection of genius in this book...do yourselves a favor and pick this book up.

My fiancee told me to read one page of the book, and before I knew it, I was at page 100, and it was an hour after my normal bedtime. The next day I felt groggy at work from the lack of sleep, but it was totally worth it. I ended up finishing the book right when I got home the next day because I needed my fix.

Read this book if you have a sense of humor and enjoy watching somebody wreck their lives. Don't read this book if you're a prude.

This book completely captures the spirit of college in one story that follows the life of Donny. Easy-to-read, hilarious and witty, I would totally recommend this book for anyone - be a current college student, a recent graduate or someone who would like to feel what its like to be in college all over again. 5 stars!!!

I personally think that this book is hilarious! A quick, fun and witty read. You have to wonder which parts of the authors own experiences he gives to his characters. I recommend!

This story was interesting, if not a bit disturbing. A freshman who is full of himself and the new freedom he finds himself enjoying, gets a bit over his head. A bit biographical perhaps? I do not know the author so I can only speculate. Maybe not, maybe just a dream of his? Freedom, free love and free of responsibility who wouldn't dream of that?
The writing was in the form of a diary and I have to ask what guy keeps a diary? Not my boys, but maybe some out there do. The stupidity of the kid and his friends was disturbing to say the least. I guess college is the time you find yourself, but most kids are not this dimwitted at the beginning. Ants invading the dorm room, sex in the halls and everywhere else possible, upset RA's and sexy French professors with wondering hands. What more could a kid want? Well if this is you then you should read this book.
This is not really my thing, but it may be yours. When I saw his photo I thought maybe this could happen to him.

If you're a fan of comedy, college, fires, ants, Cheez-It's, hot French teachers, disliking ugly girls, gay Jersey boys, fetal pigs, litters of curse words, hitting the gym, young girlfriends, or just plain ol' hot young Ryan Nemeth, then this book is for you. Originally, I questioned the nature of a Nemeth writing a book, considering the family's rich history in the athletic art, however, Ryan surpassed expectations, showing that not only does he contain the physique of a Greek God, but also the mind of a gifted scholar.

The way he shows this is through Donny, a 19-year old college Freshman who is experiencing his first semester at college. The trials that Donny encounters, from handling money, friends, and girls through classes, the police, and a possible rapid maturing aren't so far out of the realm of possibility that this book can only be perceived as a novel. It's almost like reading the private journal of someone we've all known at one point, only Ryan has taken the reader and put them into Donny's mindset and situations, no easy task for any author to accomplish. However, Ryan does so, and exceedingly well at that.

Usually, I end my reviews with criticisms and problems that I had with the workings, but in this case, I was honestly impressed. I would recommend this book to anyone who is attempting to either capture or re-capture the feeling of being a college Freshman, or who simply wants to enjoy a laugh.
