The book is very engaging and an easy read.
Well, let me just say that I read the book, I have been doing what it says (eat what you want when you are hungry, stop when full) And it has worked really well.
The fact of the matter is that if you stop eating when you feel full and only eat when you're hungry, you will lose weight.
