I bought these as kind of a joke on myself, figuring that they were pieces of junk and I would regret spending the money. Wow, was I wrong. I will never tear a nail again. I give my cats wet food every morning for breakfast and hated popping the tops of the cans, and so many cans of vegetables now come with pop tops. These little plastic thingies do the job so easily. I'm going to be buying more of these to give as little gifts.

I volunteer at functions where beer is ofter served and we have to pour the beer from the cans into plastic cups. This gadget saves time, effort, and fingernails! I can now pop open the tab faster than I could do it with my own fingernail, plus there is no wear and tear on my fingers!

This was a Christmas gift for my mom, and I have to admit that it was met with great interest and enjoyment. My mom is 75 and she likes to have one beer with lunch and one with dinner. She is exclusively buying cans as she finds them lighter to carry than glass bottles and easier to recycle. Unfortunately at her age her hands and fingers are not as strong as they use to be, and she has great difficulties opening cans.
One time as I was traveling with her on a European carrier, we noticed that the flight attendant was opening the cans for passengers with a little device we had never seen before. The flight attendant told us she had bought it in Singapore. We looked everywhere for these and could not find them and forgot about it. That was until a couple weeks before Christmas when I remembered our trip to Nice, France and started looking for the device online. Found it on Amazon very quickly, ordered plenty, so my mom can have some in the kitchen, dining room and most importantly her purse.
The construction is very simplistic, made of high strength plastic, but the design is key, so that it can easily slide underneath the tab to lift it. The length is also very important in order to reduce the strength necessary to lift the tab and break open the top. The hole on top allows to carry, hang or attach for easier access.
..et voila... for just a few bucks, I have a very happy mom.

If you have problem hands or fingers, or just lost you strength, get one of these for soda cans etc.

I bought several packs of these and have them scattered around where I use them, also carry 1 in pocket. Have trouble opening pop and beer cans, I usually end up busting a fingernail. These little openers work quite well.

This handy little device does just what its name says. Easy to use, saves the fingernails. Highly recommended.

I only got one tab opener on the card the other one was not there. The one I got works okay so far for what I got it for.

Saw someone using a gadget like this and searched Amazon, found it and ordered 2 sets (4) so I could keep 2 and give 2 away. Tried it 3 times now. Works GREAT! Recommend it to anyone who opens flip top cans .. so easy .. no struggle .. always pops the top!
