So-so content,

This is a neat book if your little one likes looking at toy trucks and cars, but I was disappointed that it basically uses the same picture (see cover) in segmented close-ups just to point out a handful of vehicles. I realize the 'Can You See' board books basically do this anyhow because of their size and are geared towards pre-schoolers, but I thought this one was just kind of lacking in content compared to some of the others we own.

Was not impressed with this book...it's way too easy, I was expecting it to be more challenging.

My 19 month old absolutely loves cars, so this book is perfect for him. It holds his attention and he keeps going back to it over and over. He especially likes the huge picture at the back of all the cars. This book has gotten a lot more use than I expected, as many different questions can be asked. Where is the duck? Where's the school bus? Point to your favorite car.
If you have a toddler that loves cars or things with wheels, this book will fascinate him. Highly recommended.

Good for young children.,

This is a good book for 3-4 year olds. The items are simple to find and not very challenging for older children.

Just what I wanted. A cute little first seek and find board book. My little nephew is just starting to find and point to things in books and I know he will like this one with cars and trucks! It will be a gift. Arrived in days and in perfect condition....as usual for Amazon. :)

My 4 year old son loves the iSpy books and cars, so this book is a match made in heaven! It is a board book, so it is durable... and he loves to pick out his favorite cars and trucks after finding what is asked of him. It was a hit!

Our 2 year old son loves cars, trucks, etc and is especially fond of the "I Spy" type of books, so this was a no-brainer gift. He of course loves this one, to look at himself and to have read to him. He has a bunch of small die-cast cars and seems to gravitate towards pictures of die-cast cars, maybe more than photos of real cars and trucks. We really go through this one thoroughly, using it as an opportunity to review types of cars and different colors and sizes. He enjoys pointing out certain cars when we ask about them. I don't think the repetition of photos is necessarily a bad thing, it may be boring for older children but it hasn't been an issue for us and we've read through this many times. I would definitely buy this one again.

Best little car book ever!,

My three year old says "That's my best car book ever!"
He fell in love with it immediately, falls asleep with it in his hands at night, discusses it in detail, etc. In the month we've had it it has been his hands-down favorite. He loves picking his favorite car, tracking the reappearances of a given car on different pages, etc. (His twin brother also likes it, but not as intensely)

If your child likes matchbox type cars, then this is the book for you. It's true, some of the images repeat in closer detail later in the book, but your child is probably not going to notice this. Instead, what they will be drawn to are the variety of cars in an array of colors and designs. There is much to observe on each page, and the quality of the photos is very good - think of it as a pre-primer to the I Spy books. Lots of fun!

this is a board book version of the series that uses segments of the same picture, along with a rhyme on what to search for. It's small, about 6x6" so a good size and the cars and trucks captivate my almost 3yo boy. The pictures are very nice though, it's pretty to look at.
