Can You Say A Few Words?
This book is well written (in easy-to-use segments) and it's loaded with really practical information. You'll get great advice that's truly useful - whether you have to speak at a meeting, present an award, give a eulogy, make a wedding toast, whatever. Re-usable Quotes
This book has many quotes and short statements which I find very useful, some are rather humorous. However, depending on which region or country you are from, many of the quotes in the book cannot be use as it will become "offensive" and rude in that context. These quotes or words are very skewed towards American context. Steven Lim (RSTN) Singapore.

Can You Say A Few Words?, March 28, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Can You Say a Few Words?: How to Prepare and Deliver Award Presentations, Dedications, Eulogies and Prayers, Introductions, Retirements and Farewells, ... Birthday, Anniversary Toasts, and More. (Paperback)

You'll get great advice that's truly useful - whether you have to speak at a meeting, present an award, give a eulogy, make a wedding toast, whatever. In particular, the section on 'handling tough questions' is worth its weight in gold (it's perfect for anyone facing a job interview!). Also, the book has a huge section on 'overcoming nervousness'. I've never seen such helpful information in any other public speaking book.
