Can you get a mouse for it?

Yes, I have used a Logitech external mouse. I have heard it can be picky so make sure you google what works and what doesn't.

Yes. A USB mouse will work with the Chromebook just like on Windows.

Yes. I tried Logitech. It was a bit lagging for me. I have enjoyed my chromebook without a mouse. I'm sure there is a mouse out there for your liking.....good luck:)

I am not sure as far as an USB mouse, if you have WiFi you can purchase a WiFi mouse and this will work, it did for me.
