This book is a very comprehensive guide to everyday life in Canada. It covers a variety of subjects, e.g. job hunting, relocation, immigration and customes, accommodations, telephone services, education, public transportation, health care, personal finance, shopping, sports, and lots of other aspects of life in Canada. Even if you've been to Canada before as a tourist, this book is still worth reading if you plan to make that move 'up north'. Note, however, that it's published in the UK, and many references listed in the book are geared more towards people who move from the UK to Canada.

It's amazing how much information is stuffed into this book. Almost every conceivable question about Canada and moving there answered. Written in a very easy to read format with occasional humorous cartoon and comment. Highly recommended for anyone thinking about moving to Canada. I can't wait to go after reading this.

I have got my canadian permanent resident visa and I am searching for informations of Canada.
Well, this book helped me a lot with good suggestions, tools, info etc.
I will recommend it to anybody is going to move to Canada.
If you want more immigration infos you should buy other books since this one is for people who already have the visa.
