This review is from: Canadian Domestic and International Mergers and Acquisitions Activity: A Spatial Imperfections Dimension (Paperback)
I feel this book embraces mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment from three different perspectives or disciplines: International Business, Economics and Economic Geography. This is the first book that I have ever read that truly provides an exceptional overview as well as, an applicable approach on how M&A's are employed as a vehicle of FDI from a micro and macro-economic perspective. All I can say is that this book is absolutely brilliant!
