I did not receive this product from Amazon. I contacted Amazon, got a quick response but had to pay again automatically - which the day before payday was lucky not to push me overdrawn. They also charged me for priority delivery so this was more than I had payed the first time. I will get the money back but I don't know which I will get first, the book or my money! Note to anyone whose item gets 'lost': have money in your account when you email Amazon cusomer services as without asking they take more money from your account.
