Canadian WW2 Inglis 1935 Browning Hi-Power- Belt Frog

Available from these sellers.
1 collectible from $19.95

Product Description

Original Item: WW2 manufactured Canadian belt frog attachment for carrying the wood holster stock for the Browning pattern 1935 Hi-Power Pistol. Extremely scarce, these are in un-issued NOS (New Old Stock) condition and are marked with the Canadian large WW2 C with Broad Arrow stamp. Also bearing manufacturer stamp Z.L.& T. Ltd. This stiff web belt fitting has a spring-loaded clip that fastens to the metal holster fitting near the wood holster hinge so it can be suspended from the standard equipment waist belt. See pages 16/17 in "WEAPONS OF THE WW2 TOMMY" by David B. Gordon.

The picture shows both a belt along with a wooden holster/shoulder-stock for the Browning High-Power pistol. Although the low price should alert one to the fact that it is unlikely to include the wooden holster, NOT highlighting that fact could still possibly mislead someone.
