5.0 out of 5 stars Great Food Every Time!, March 29, 2005
By
This review is from: Canadian Living Cooks Step By Step (Paperback)
Planning a mid-week meal? Planning a party? This book will do for both. I have tried almost every recipe in here and everything, I mean everything from birthday cakes to roast beef, turns out great. Of particular note, a spaghetti bolognese my family clamours for, as-good-as-the-noodle-stand Pad Thai, and cinnamon buns to start Saturday night for a laid-back Sunday morning. There are lots of recipes for those days when you have a couple of things in the fridge and are wondering what to do with them. This book has beautiful colour illustrations so you will know how to fold perogies, roll sushi or stuff a turkey. Better than the Silver Palate for everyday cooking.
