If you are looking for a great birdcage look no futher I was expecting a smaller cage but wow two story and everything needed thank you soo much and Larry thanks you

The cage is big and lovely and perfect for my Cockatiel. Much to our relief, after fitting the dowels in properly, all the parts fit together perfectly. Our small-sized cockatiel, Pippin, will enjoy his new home for a long time to come. This is the best cage we have found that has the right spacing for the wires for small birds. Thank you for a great product.

This cage is more than luxurious for my two little zebra finches -- the reasons I can't give it five stars are as follows: 1, there is no swing. Sad. 2, the perches are about 1/8" too short on both sides, and if you don't have them in *just* the right way, they fall and scare your feathered friends half to death. Squeezing the cage bars in helps, but I shouldn't have to do that. 3, the cups are made from a flexible, softer sort of plastic, similar to what you get your ricotta or sour cream in -- not the sturdiest, and will probably stain easily. 4, the large door in the front is held closed by a long, straight piece of wire with a loop on one end, which is a bit annoying. Make sure you don't misplace this if you take it out!

I do like the two small access doors in the front in addition to the food cup doors, and it really is a nice tall cage. There is a handle (not pictured well) that has a "dink" in it for hanging from a hook or stand. It comes unassembled, but putting it together is a snap and the wire is good and solid. So far, my finches seem to love it!

Birds do OK in cages this size, if they are small ones, but do yourself, and your birds a favor, get the largest cage you can afford. This one is pretty good, looks good, relatively easy to clean, easy to put together.
