One of the most unique perspectives on God and suffering I have ever read. Stark. Real. Raw. A most profound account of what I think it must mean to believe you are, truly and always, in God's hands. It provokes, inspires, shocks and moves. John Carmody's words reduce all of the awful things of this world to rubble, esp., sin, disease and death. God is! Amen. Thank you John Carmody and thank you for this most intimate expression of your faith in God.
