This review is from: Cancer of the Nervous System (Hardcover)
Brain and spinal cord cancers (CNS) are relatively uncommon but not rare conditions that we clinicians must face with an understanding of natural history and treatment options. The credible authors of this text have compiled an excellent overview. The book is reasonably illustrated but for clinical application must be accompanied by updated treatment options, typically through online peer review publications and searches. Still, books dealing with CNS cancers are uncommon and this book does a good job in presenting the clinical presentation and natural history of CNS cancers and I would recommend it with the caveat above.
