Beautiful but could be better quality,

The chandelier overall is gorgeous. I love the design- the beautiful shell overlay, the crystal with the shiny chrome. However, for over $800, I expected better quality. The first one I got was missing an essential part. I tried to get a replacement without success, so I sent it back and ordered another hoping it would be better. The second one had all the parts, but it's very difficult to get the shades to sit straight without tipping. If anyone else has had this problem and figured out how to solve it, please write in. Also, it does not work with candelabra bulbs. They are too tall. I had to use small round bulbs with a candelabra base. I love Candice Olsen and all her designs, and this chandelier is no exception.
