Lisa Papademetriou is the author of Sixth-Grade Glommers, Norks, and Me (named one of the Best Books of 2005 by FamilyFun.com ) and co-author (with Chris Tebbetts) of M or F? She has written and/ or adapted over thirty books for children and young adults, including titles in the Lizzie McGuire, That s So Raven, Kim Possible, and Sweet Valley High Senior Year book series. She lives in Northampton, Massachusetts, with her husband, where she enjoys quilting, dancing around the house to eighties music, playing the guitar (badly), and drinking large amounts of coffee. My favorite of this series! Amy is just an adorable character and Papademetriou does not disappoint in Amy's 4th adventure. I am hoping (and looking forward to) a fifth.

Amy is dealing with the regular angst of 7th grade - friends, love, parents, etc. Just an adorable read with likable characters.

The book starts off where it lead off-- the drama at least. Amy is drawn between who she likes-- Scott or Preston, trying to make it up to Fiona who is now snarky and rude again, and there's more drama for the last week of school.
The last week of school means fun, pulling pranks--but not for Amy. She quickly believes Anderson is cheating on Jenelle, with Kiwi. Lucia is starting to have her own voice and taking over Fiona's role as queen bug/bee. And her feelings for Preston starts to develop as she tries to remind herself she likes Scott--or does she?

I got this book for my daughter to try to encourage her to read. I often read what my kids are reading, to encourage them to read it and to make sure they are reading things I approve of. I have read all the books in the Accidentally series. My only complaint is I wish there were more. They are really cute. They entertained me, and they taught good lessons I would like my daughter to learn. That it is important to be kind to every one, to stand up for yourself, to not bow down to peer pressure, and to try to see things from others perspectives. My daughter has read the first few and really enjoyed them, so Thank You Lisa for providing enjoyable reading that my daughter and I can share together.
