Sugar cane handbook,
This review is from: Cane Sugar Handbook: A Manual for Cane Sugar Manufacturers and Their Chemists (Hardcover)
The Sugar cane handbook is compilation of the procedures for manufacturing sugar from cugar cane; the practical and easy to follow procedures and the experiences detail in the book are just very good.
Every person in charge of sugar cane milling and processing sugar cane must have it as handbook to consult. Aicardo Roa-Espinosa PhD President of Soil Net LLC
