4.0 out of 5 stars My terrier's favorite game
I connected two of these at first, then three (in the 5" small-dog size) after my dog got the hang of getting the treat-bits to come out by turning, shaking, and manipulating the toy. 1.0 out of 5 stars disappointed
The very first time my dog got to play with the Genius Leo he broke off the tube. I was very disappointed. He has a kong that he loves and I thought this would be more challenging, but I guess the construction isn't as good.

4.0 out of 5 stars My terrier's favorite game, September 26, 2011

I connected two of these at first, then three (in the 5" small-dog size) after my dog got the hang of getting the treat-bits to come out by turning, shaking, and manipulating the toy. This becomes an expensive game, in that one Leo alone isn't very challenging for a clever dog. You might get by with two, and they can be reconfigured by connecting on the end or at the side, in order to keep the game fresh and interesting. My dog LOVED this puzzle-toy, and would become so excited by the challenge that I didn't have to use any "special" treat - just her ordinary kibbled dog food, which happened to be small enough to come out of the toy's opening. Note that these toys are tough but not indestructable. Ours lasted a good long time and might have lasted for years, if a lazy dog-sitter hadn't decided to stuff the toy with milkbones that were too big for the small opening, and IMPOSSIBLE for the dog to remove. Naturally, when Daisy learned that she couldn't get the treat out no matter how she turned and manipulated the toys, she resorted to the only solution left: chewing holes in the side that were large enough to remove the milkbones, and made the toys worthless as a puzzle. I plan to get her some more as soon as I can afford them. (At this price, it would be nice if they came in a set of at least two pieces, to make a real puzzle.)
