I was a little skeptical but I think I made the right choice. I would say I KNOW I made the right choice but I only used it a couple times on one canker sore and then I somehow misplaced it. Anyway, it was a canker sore that I had for about 3 days and it was just starting to get bad and I used Canker-Rid on it. Within 2 days it was almost gone (I could see it but could barely feel it anymore). My canker sores usually last over 2 weeks.
The only downside was the way it looked. I thought it would just apply invisibly but it stains any teeth/oral skin that it touches. It leaves a rough dark yellow film but I think that just means that it's sticking (so it's probably a good thing). If it stains your teeth, just rub it off with some tissue. It's not so much that it stains the color but that it leaves a film on your teeth too so it's easy enough to take off (Not so easy to take off of the skin in your mouth but you're probably supposed to take it off your skin anyway). :( Now I have 2 big canker sores so really I wish I hadn't lost it - I'll have to purchase another
