More About the Author

Mel Thomas was at one time one of the biggest cannabis producers in the U.K. and was given a five year prison sentence for his 'crimes'. He has now turned his hand to writing and fighting against the marijuana conspiracy. As well as books and radio show appearances, Mel has written numerous articles for Weed World and Cannabis Culture magazine. Mel is an outspoken critic of cannabis prohibition and is opposed to the restrictions placed on medical marijuana users, particularly as two of his family members suffer from conditions cannabis can alleviate; namely multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Apart from the content of the book that I personally find very helpful, the book is very reader friendly which fisrt of all meand professional layout design and font selection. You never get tired reading the book just because it is well composed from the structural and typographic points of view.

And of course the book covers a lot of topics that may interest people who make their first steps in growing: economy, safety, growing itsel etc. May be for some real botany experts there could be information gaps in this book but I find this book a great helping hand.

I never knew growing could be so relaxing, Until I started reading this wonderful book.

I'll admit I was intimidated, and overwhelmed thinking I couldn't grow a plant. I can't even grow a simple houseplant.

After reading this book I had the tools and the information to grow.

This book gives you all the tools to succeed in growing a heathy plant.

A must buy for the beginner or novice.

K, so i wanted a book that would describe how to start a closet grow and it did but not in quite the detail i was hoping, anyway it does show in great detail how to grow them properly lighting and planting pots and strains along with some seed seller sites. Great book def. recommend it!
