This is a great book. It has great recipes, great images, quality print. Shannon's writing is great, and flipping through the book always causes my house guests to ask to borrow it. This book floats between my coffee table and my kitchen counter. If you're a horror fan you'll certainly enjoy done of the obscure movie references...not to mention that Ms. Rullo may be the perfect woman, therefore- buy it!

This has got to be one of my favorite cookbooks! The Paranormal Alfredo 2 and the Amityville Angel Hair are 2 recipes I have made a bunch, I just made the Henry: Portrait of a Pulled Pork Sandwich the other day and everyone loved it. I am so happy I picked this up at the Horror Hound convention in Indianapolis!

I bought this book for a birthday present for a good friend and I was tempted to keep it for myself! The pictures are large and colorful, the recipes are easy enough (no mad kitchen skills needed) but also seem to be complex enough to make unique dishes.

The blurbs reguarding the movies were brief but entertaining and I loved the names of the dishes - Rosemary's baby carrots!

My friend loved the book as much as me, and it got passed around all night so everyone could look at it.

I would suggest it for anyone who loves old cheesy horror flicks and cooking...

I received this as a gift off amazon from a friend. The first copy was so misprinted and defective it had to be returned. My friend was so embarrassed, I asked just to return it and forget about it but they sent another copy anyway. When I received it, I read it and immediately got rid of it. Never have I seen a cookbook where the author carries on 'teen blogger' style about themselves so that a few of the recipes (the most important part of a cookbook) have to be broken up and continued in the back of the book. I'm a huge horror fan and a chef, but these are just simple recipes with horror movie puns for names, its got to be for kids or something. So I guess it would be a great gift for a teenager who knows nothing about cooking and is allowed watch mature rated movies.
