4.0 out of 5 stars theatre glasses, August 17, 2000

This review is from: Canon 5x17 Flat Ultra Compact Binoculars (Electronics)
I bought these for the theatre and they work well for me. They might also be good for sporting events. The small size is a plus. Two things about them are bad: The strap is not long enough to go around your neck which is the natural resting place for binoculars. (This can be corrected by buying a new strap.) Also, the glasses are center focus with no provision for individual focus. This means that if you are near sighted with different prescriptions for each eye the glasses can never be properly focused.
