For some reason this 0.8 ounce item is considered either too heavy or two large to qualify for free shipping, even when added to a larger order. Save five bucks and pick it up from a local retailer.

First off, two cartidges come in the box, not just one. The ink is good quality, dries fast and is just what I expect from a portable printer. I have amazon prime, so shipping was fast and free.

I have had my printer for about 1.5-2 months now.
Although I know this is a printer designed for travellers, and hence not a workhorse, but I was rather expecting somewhat more from my printer cartridge. I honestly only print a few pages here and there, mainly airline receipts, small documents, etc...
The 'warning your ink level is low' sign just came on, and I would have printed no more than 50 pages.
That seems rather pricey in my book!

The cartridge does not hold enough ink. It prints 50 pages maximum. That equates to $.24 / page of copy. WAAAAAY to expensive.

My pixma printer eats these up, but with so many changes to the printer lately, I feel fortunate that Amazon still carries these.

I go through a lot of these on my portable printer. I'm glad Amazon carries and at a great price. Almost half of the brick stores.

It works well with my Canon portable printer. I hardly use the printer and sometimes sits for months, yet it prints well and i have not had any problems. I was told that a good cartridge ink helps and i really believe so. The price is very reasonable.

These ink cartridges are stated to print 100 pages. However, I've bought like 30 of these and I'd say on average that it prints 75 pages (for black cartridge and color cartridge). Once you print over 75 pages, you begin to see "streaking" of the pages, so that's when you replace the print cartridges. The 'low ink indicator' is not that good if you ask me because after you print 40 pages, then your printer says it's already running low and ready to be replaced, but I've printed 40 more pages once that indicator appears.
You should only buy these cartridges if you are on-the-go and need to print things on portable printers; otherwise, you are wasting your money on ink that lasts so little. Laser printers are the economical way to go.
As for the ink quality, it's pretty good when using a portable inkjet printer. I sometimes print pictures, and I believe that it's better than average (compared to other inkjet printers).

Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and worked right out of the box. This is more than I can say for any "compatible" inks for my I70 Canon. It seems there is something special about this printer and it will only function properly with OEM ink. Too bad because that costs so much more than the "compatible" product.

Cartridges are the real deal, not a generic knock-off. They work great and were much cheaper than buying in stores.
