This product is cheap.... it works, but it is disposable. I have had two of them, both were thrown away after less than a year. Although both were under warranty, they both failed due to 'wear and tear'. I called tech support when my second one failed, and was told it was a print head failure.... I cannot find a print head, but guess that it will cost as much or more than I paid for the printer to begin with [...]P>If what you want is something quick and dirty, for a little bit of money, this does good work... but plan to buy a new one every 10-12 months!

The 2100 does not have the best print quality nor speed but it is very compact and portable. This is important for a college student or apartment dweller who needs the space. Black and white pages come out fine at a decent speed. Simple color photos come out well also but it will take a while. One big problem is the the tiny ink cartidges which runs out very easily. But if you're looking for a space saving basic printer, this is worth considering.

Excellent print quality for a great price. Case is a little flimsy but the guts seem solid. Individual black/color cartridges produce clear sharp image.

This is a great printer for the average home user but if you have kids or print a lot of color images I recommend the BJC 3000 series with it's four ink cartridges.

I bought this printer a year ago and after 1 month it ran out of an ink, after i replaced it, it ran out of it again.I only printed about 100 pages. Printing quality is miserable. My advice to you is spent 100 dollars more and buy a quality Epson printer.

I was going to order the printer , however when I clicked on to purchase it, the price went from $39.00 to $89.00. Folks this is false advertising. I can see why Amazon.com has lost their creditability. I guess I won't be purchaseing anything from there. WORD TO THE WISE, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
The printer is a good one but not worth $89.00

I am still waiting for my Csnon Printer. He said he ship it once but
they could not find me. The second time he ship it thru the US Post
Office around Sep. 2. 03 and so far I havent seen my printer yet.

I wanted to buy this product for 29.99. but i did not see how to buy. all i saw was more information on this product. you do not have a buy now button or any button for this
