Great Scanner, but did not last,

Loved this scanner, only used it a few times on a few different occasions while traveling but then it started getting stuck during the scanning process (making an ugly noise). Apparently other people have had the same problem when there is too make weight laying on the glass (like a notebook which isn't very much weight). With or without a notebook lying on the glass, mine still gets stuck. The Scanner did not cost that much which was great BUT it appears that it was made too cheap so that is not good; for that reason alone the product gets low marks.
