The scanner's 36-bit color depth provides high-quality, sharp, crisp scans, allowing you to quickly and easily add photos and graphics to reports and proposals.

Because it includes text recognition capabilities, you can use the CanoScan FB 630P to scan documents instead of wasting time typing them in. The CanoScan FB 630P simplifies preparing visuals for your Web site, or you can e-mail your photos to colleagues, family, or friends. With this scanner and its companion software, you can create your own digital filing cabinet, automatically send your scanned document to your desktop printer for output, and modify your graphics with photo manipulation and retouching tools.

This unit also offers parallel port connectivity and is optimized for Windows 95, 98, and NT 4.0, making it a sensible option for individual users as well as those working on networks. The CanoScan FB 630P comes with a one-year warranty and a compatible software package, which includes CanoCraft CS-P, CanoCraft CS-P Copy, Adobe PhotoDeluxe, and TextBridge Pro.

This machine is great, easy to install and a brease to use. The installtions took less that ten minutes and the picture quality is crisp and clear.

Great scanner; beats the daylights out of the one it replaced. Easy to set up; software easy to install and easy to use. First photo I scanned came out great.

This scanner was a breeze to set up and get going. The picture quality is great...photos scan in crisp and the color is dead-on. Also, it takes up less space than most other scanners I've seen.
