I'm surprised on how much stuff I got for the amount of money I paid. The Camera was in great shape and received the whole package. VERY convenient for a busy person so I don't have to go to the store and buy each item needed separately.

Although, I have a few things that I am very disappointed about:
=The Digital Camera Cleaning kit: The lens cleaning fluid spilled and the cleaning kit box was soaking wet when I got it. Good thing it didn't spill all over the contents of the package.
-The tripod box has dents and cracks on it. It looked like someone used their nail and scratched it open...
-The tripod itself looks old and used. The roller that brings up the pole would lock up and looks like it is about to break. The pole is shaky and has stains on it. Overall, I am very disappointed about the tripod because it is very unstable.

In the end, I would say my purchase is worth it. Just a few minor problems that downgraded my views about the seller.

Great DSLR. I believe that you get more than you pay for with this camera. I did tons of research before making this purchase. A big deciding factor with this camera was the live view option that it has. I'm just starting out in the photography business, and this camera is perfect for me at this point. Battery life is fantastic. Clarity is exceptional. Camera isn't too heavy My only suggestion would be that if you buy a DSLR kit, purchase a seperate camera bag that is decent. The camera bag that came with this kit is already falling apart.

Beware. I purchased a Canon Rebel xs with a package kit from Ace Photo through Amazon. Ace Photo packed several items in a larger box and I was glad to see the box arrived quickly and UPS did not damage it. When I opened the large box, I found that the box my Canon camera and lens came in was crushed, which means an employee at Ace Photo packed and sent out a camera in a smashed box, that may be damaged. This is a gift as well and the box looks terrible. I like to use companies through Amazon believing there will be good quality control but I am disappointed that Amazon associates with a company that can send out an expensive camera in a box in this condition.I will not be using Ace Photo in the future.

I recommend this, I believe it is an excellent price for such a valuable camera. One of the things I liked the most was the fact that it takes the pictures so accurately. When I went to the beach all the other cameras took blurry pictures, because of the salt, and this camera took perfect pictures! The only thing I did not like was the fact that you can't see the picture on the screen before taking it, you can only look through the visor. In the screen you can edit, erase and do everything else. Every one that sees it, loves it! Thumbs up to Canon!

I was a little intimidated to jump from the pocket camera that I had to this one, but I could not be happier that I did! It is very easy to use and even came with a video, which I am yet to watch! I llove it!

I have no problems, the package is a great deal. The camera works great and the rest of the items are really ussfull, although some of them are really cheap. But I was really happy with the overall product.

I received my order today and am very happy with it. I bought this as a present for my daughter. She told me she wanted a SLR camera over a new laptop!. I searched for a couple of days before deciding on this one. The price for this kit beats the price of the camera alone at several stores I checked out. It was great to be able to buy everything she needed bundled together.

best package for the price~ this camera is so awesome, wish i had the same one but different colors! lol, i will never go back to lil digital cameras like the cool pix. SLR is the way!

The Price for the camera and Kit is Worth.
And regarding camera, the picture clarity is very good for DSLR Starters. But the thing one should have been more is the Zoom. Zoom should have been still good, since for 10 MP i expected more.
But overall its worth to buy this product.

i got this bundle it is a really good value. the tripod is not very good quality/junk . the top is made of plastic and the camera dont want to stay locked on .. the camera takes wonderfull picutes. i love it. the bag is nice wish it was a little bigger so i could fit more stuff but it is just fine if you dont have that much equipment.cleanin g kit very handy in the field. love that it has two batteries. and they last forever. i have only charged mine a couple of times.
