Ok so this is a good/bad thing.
First let me say this, The Camera kit is really good.
The Canon Rebel XTi 10.1 MP Digital SLR is a great camera. The 28-80mm and 70-300mm Tamron lenses are amazing. Its a great Camera set.
I highly recomend getting getting this camera.
Now with that said this kit is offered Cameta Camera.....
Now the Camera and 2 lenses are amazing however the rest of the kit is below par.
The spare battery is not a CAnon Battery as you would believe, its just a off brand battery type NB-2LH for canon. The card reader Cameta Camera ships to you is not what they picture, the case they send with it is not a very good bag, if you have a camera already and upgrade to this it woulds be good to store the other one in... but not a really good bag for this camera and all the stuff in this kit.

Also Cameta Camera did not make this a very good experience either.
I read the feedback, which is what made me confident to place the order, but dont be fooled, Cameta Camera is not a company you want to do business with. Apart from not sending what they show, (card reader) The battery is misleading, as its not a actual Canon replacement battery just a off brand you can use for canon.
On top of that the kit was listed as in stock and after placing the order on 12-20-07 Cameta Camera didnt even get it shipped till 12-27-07 even tho amazon showed it shoulda been processed and shipped out between 12-21-07 to 12-24-07. And the arrival was listed as 12-27-07 to 01-01-08, be because Cameta Camera sat on the order till 12-27-07 before having UPS pick it up it didn't arrive till 01-03-08.
If that wasnt bad enough it was missing my 28-80mm Tamron lens. Cameta Camera didnt even notifiy me as to it being backordered even tho the Kit was still listed as in stock. All I was told was that it was damaged apon arrival there and they had to send it out. that it be another 2 weeks before I would recive that.
Because I wasnt notified of this in advance, I had to cancel to photo shoots that I had lined up for the end of that first week in January, which were all paid for. Because of this it ended up costing me business and I had to refund over $300 because of this.
Yet the kits were still listed as in stock.
Over all The Camera is a GREAT camera and the lenses are AMAZING!
But DO NOT do business with Cameta Camera under any circumstance if you dont have to.
