Book Description

2008
Handy, laminated, short version instruction manuals for on the go. Size 8-1/2 x 11", printed double-sided, folded in thirds. This CheatSheet is like having the manual on a card - but better! It's a concise summary of what's in the manual. It's is an "easy to take with you", invaluable quick reference. It's printed in full color on both sides of a full-sheet of paper that's laminated with a light 3-mil laminate and is folded in thirds. When folded it's about 4" x 8 3/4" so it stores easily. Laminated, waterproof and very sharp and clear, this is a very high quality product. Covered topics include: - Battery Information - Auto Exposure Lock - White Balance Correction - Main Switch and Quick Command Dial - Bulb Exposure Mode - White Balance Bracketing - Menus - Exposure Compensation - Lens Peripheral Illumination Correction - Formatting Memory - Color Space Settings - Registering User Settings - Power-Off Options - Image Size and Quality settings - Custom Settings Reference - Restoring Default Settings - Drive Modes - Focusing Modes and Drive settings - Image Review settings - Self-Timer modes - High-Precision AF - Sensor Cleaning - Mirror Lockup - Auto & Manual AF Point Selection - Error Codes - Playback options and menu settings - AF Focus Lock - Filename Numbering - ISO Equivalency settings - Manual Focus - Movie shooting - Metering Options - Viewfinder Reference - Exposure Modes - White Balance Settings - Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) - Custom White Balance

If your memory is as bad as mine, you'll appreciate this handy cheat sheet. It's clearly organized and easy to use. It's plastic coated for durability. My only caveat: I wish it folded one more time to make it easier to store in my camera bag.

4.0 out of 5 stars Useful, but you need glasses to read it, March 15, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Canon EOS 5D Mark II CheatSheet (Pamphlet)
This is a useful accessory to have in your camera case/backpack, since it explains concisely most of the useful and frequently used features in the Canon 5D.
In order to make the fold-out sheet as small as possible, the print had to be made very small, too small for many of the prospective users of this camera.
One suggestion: How about making the print larger, and instead of one sheet, make two fold-out sheets, which would not add much bulk to your camera case.
Each half would deal with specific tasks, and this would make it much more useful and attractive. The price could be increased, but I think the camera buyers would appreciate the
larger print, making it more popular= more sales. That would, in my opinion, merit 5 stars here, instead of 4.
