I bought this screen to use with a manual focus Zeiss Planar T* 1,4/85 ZE. The image split is not large enough to allow a sensitive reading when the lens is used with f/1.4. The actual focus can be off several inches (ears very well in focus, while you target for the eyes, etc.).
