I purchased this 3 pack having good luck with other third party inks in the past. Not even one of the three I purchased worked. The first two leaked so bad right as I took the orange protective cover off that I got ink all over my hands and my counter top. So I had to throw them away immediately. The third did not leak, but the little "chip" does not sit right in the printer, therefore not allowing a good connection, and my printer not recognizing the presence of an ink tank. I do suggest using third party inks for the PGI-5bk, but I would never recommend using this one.

I purchased a 3-pak from 77-Ink. The first of the three cartrideges activated the alarm light on my printer. That evening I e-mailed 77-ink. By the following morning they had responded with the advice that I test another of the cartridges from the 3-pak. The second worked correctly and 77-Ink agreed to replace the first faulty cartridge. I've never had much luck with items made in China. But, the service at 77-Ink was first class.

I own (2) Canon MP530 printers. I bought a dozen of these ink carts because of the astounding price. Seems that it's too good to be true as both of my printers were unable to print black after switching to this cartridge. One of them is working again (and print quality is fine) after several deep cleaning and cleaning cycles. I haven't yet run the other unit through all of the cleaning yet.

I took a chance and ordered these compatible inkjet cartridges, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the inks. I was very hesitant and so only ordered the 3 pack. The price is excellent and I can see no difference between this product and the original manufactured inks. I will definitely be ordering again. The shipping of this product was also extremely fast, as I received it within 2 days of placing the order.

We've been using these cartridges for almost 2 years for our Canon Pixma MX700 printer and are so happy we took a chance on this alternative. The black is crisp, identical to the Canon cartridges. They have never ever leaked for us (and I've gone through at least 7 of each color and 10 black in the last 2 years), but maybe others had defective ones. The ink lasts as long as the OEM Canon cartridges, too. We've never had any problems with alignment, streaking, dried ink, etc. Try it and save yourself some buckoo bucks over the Canon ones! It's awesome to buy ink for such an insanely low price!!

The product had 2 broken cartridges when it arrived. When I notified them of this, they sent out 2 more immediately.
They were very gracious about this, most companies make you jump through hoops. I will definitely order more cartridges from them.

None of the 3 cartridges worked with my printer. Printer would print but without the black color. The other generic cartridges worked well with the printer. Will need to make sure not to buy from this seller again.

I own a Canon PIXMA MP 610 which requires, in addition to other colors,a Canon black ink cartridge number PGI-5BK. I use this small printer for all my copying and consequently use a considerable amount of ink, in particular black. To replace this cartridge with an OEM product can cost anywhere from 17 to 23 dollars, depending upon where it is purchased. It, therefore attracted me when I saw the advert on the Amazon site, a pack of 3 cartridges for less than 4 dollars. I have tried all three cartridges and my printer will not recognize any of them. Conclusion -- well packaged, fast service, do not work, at least in a PIXMA MP 610.

I don't usually go for knockoff cartridges, but I've got an older Canon that's just about ready for a new printhead, so I thought I'd give these a shot.

The included chip seemed to do the trick for my Pixma MX850, and after several weeks, I can't say I've noticed any difference in print quality or ink consumption from genuine Canon cartridges.

Although, the cartridges I received were a bit overfilled. The first one leaked on my hand, and Lava Heavy Duty Bar Hand Cleaner was no match for it. So, I had a partially black finger for a couple of days. You might want to get some Safe-Touch Disposable Latex Exam Gloves to go along with these!

I bought ink from this seller last December and though a little runny works really well with my inkjet. Great value
