Unfortunately, the magenta Cannon ink cartridge was the wrong one for our printer. I mailed the cartridge
back 2 weeks ago and no response on receiving the cartridge for an exchange. I would like a response or credit
my account for the wrong cartridge and I'll go elsewhere for the correct magenta ink cartridge.
