4.0 out of 5 stars Canon paper grades are confusing - this paper is OK - not great.
Since Canon has changed their paper names all around, with what appears to be overlapping qualities, but not having all sizes in all brands, I've tried them all. To be honest, with slight differences in weight, it's almost impossible to tell the difference. The archival qualities may be different, but I doubt I'll live long enough to see any accelerated fading. I...

1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointed
I have a Canon Pixma printer which prints great photos, as long as you have the right paper. In buying this Canon paper, I though I was buying the same paper I had purchased before. But I was wrong. This paper does not work well with the Canon printer I have. The color is not crisp or accurate...in fact it's a pinkish hue. I'll be trying a different type of paper,...

To be honest, with slight differences in weight, it's almost impossible to tell the difference. The archival qualities may be different, but I doubt I'll live long enough to see any accelerated fading. I bought this mostly to use as test paper for larger prints, and especially since it was a great Lightning Deal.

4.0 out of 5 stars Canon Photo paper, April 19, 2009
This review is from: Canon Photo Paper Pro II, 4 x 6 Inches, 100 Sheets (2737B012) (Office Product)
Good product, I'm using a PRO9000 and used Kodak Ulta until I tried this product, not much of a difference so, I'll stay with the Canon. 4 out of 5 due to not much better than Kodak paper.

4.0 out of 5 stars Just what I wanted, December 12, 2011

This worked perfectly with my Canon MG5220 printer. Colors are vivid and ink dries on contact. Photos are crisp just what I wanted. I used the air print app from my phone and the pictures turned out better than I expected from a phone's camera. $15 for 100 sheets a good price on Amazon to boot!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good solid 5 Star Value, October 16, 2011

I've gotta say this paper produces very good results, as long as you are not expecting the very best. This is a good solid 5 star value product that is priced as such.

If you want the very best, be prepared to pay more for it, like the Canon Photo Paper Pro Platinum or another brand.

All in all a good buy if you are looking for very good results. Go somewhere else for the very best results.

After reading the reviews comparing the 2 papers, I purchased this paper Canon Photo Paper Pro II 4" x 6" (100 Sheets) (2737B012)to compare it to HP's Premium Photo Paper. I used an HP Photosmart 475 with an HP 97 ink cartridge to produce all prints in the comparison. Bottom line: I found no appreciable difference between the 2 papers in terms of resolution, color saturation, or brilliance. The Canon paper is slightly glossier and I don't have to deal with the end tab. Both are good enough for me so I'll take the best deal!
