Excellent packaged product. I was leaving for a vacation and needed a new camera. Due to time constraints, I was left with either buying the camera from a local store or using a rushed online retailer. Cameta Camera came through for me, and their packaged kit has everything needed for point&shoot digital photography.The Canon SD870 IS is perfect. My sister recently bought the 850 IS, which was my second choice. Even though the 870 lacks a viewfinder, the larger viewing area and the wider angle lens more than make up for that. My previous digital camera has a viewfinder, and in the 5 years I've used it I've only used the viewfinder two times. It's the perfect camera for traveling since it's light and takes excellent quality pictures. The movies are quite clear also. Unfortunately, it doesn't have manual aperture and speed settings, but the manual light exposure settings more than make up this deficiency. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase. BTW, a 4GB SD card holds roughly 1100 highest resolution pictures from this camera. |
