the case is perfect, the rechargeable batteries don't work at all. Charged the batteries and was able to take 10 pictures, then they were dead.Tried all eight, same thing.

I use the Canon PowerShot PSC-4000 soft leather carrying case for my Canon Powershot SX20IS camera and is a good fit. However, it did not come with a strap for carrying around your neck. It has a belt loop for hooking to your belt. I bought a strap and it works fine. Also, there is no separate compartment for spare batteries and memory cards. So I use a separate smaller bag for them.
My wife and I traveled to Europe recently and the battery charger worked with no problems (do not need a voltage converter). However, a plug adapter is necessary.

It is much smaller then I thought it would be. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. It is a very well-made carrying case, but don't plan on carrying extra batteries or anything else in it. It barely holds the camera.
