Got batteries?
I love this camera. The bag, 1 gig card, and the tripod are great. But this camera sucks up batteries like nobody's business. I had read the reviews and got myself the correct type of rechargeables so it's not like I was clueless. Just be prepared and enjoy some great pics!

I recently purchased the Canon Powershot A590 IS digital camera kit. It was most definately a good buy. The camera takes excelent guality pictures and did I mention it is easy. Would recommend it to anyone no matter how experienced you are or whatever your age.

My brother-in-law and myself brought out our new camera's to find out we had bought the exact same camera. The big difference is what he paid for his and what I paid for mine with the xtra accessories he had to pay for.

Really great detailed close-up pics but it does use-up batteries at a pretty alarming rate! Definitely need a rechargeable device.
