The camera is absolutely wonderful. We took pictures of our son and had them developed on Snap Fish. We were contacted by them to ask for copyright information because the pictures looked so professional! I would recommend this camera to any family looking for a good camera to take quality pictures. This is the best camera I ever owned.

the camera in this package is great. the rest o f the pakage is cheep and poor in quality. the tripod is to small and useless, the bag is small and with no pokets so all youre batteries and stuff is all around youre camera, the screen protectors are not cut to the dimension of the camera screen, the batteries are cheep and non reliable. the memory card is verry old and slow and beacouse of that I would find it better to buy the items separatly.

Grat camera, I've replaced the canon powershot S1. great optics, image quality and improved user interface. They only con I've seen so far is the short battery life. I've to take an extra 4 batteries with everytime my shooting sessions are more than 100 pictures longer.

The camera is excellent. We have purchased additional lenses as well for the camera and will be using the HD video too. The 8gb memory card is awesome and since you can use regular batteries as well as a battery pack there is no need to not have power.

we adore the zoom and haven't even begun to tap all the features that come with this camera. great video and video zoom quality. to be honest this camera is advanced for us and we are a little intimidated by it. i gave a 4 because the tripod looked bigger than 4 inches in the pic and all the other package stuff was not worth the extra $50 they added. my suggestion is the buy the camera alone or with a lense cover that can hang on a string

After owning a G3 for almost 6 years, I needed a camera with a little more zoom-zoom, a little more MP, IS, and an electronic viewfinder and found it in the SX20is. The G3 gave me excellent optics with its 2.0 lens, but 4 MP just wasn't enough. I find using the electronic viewfinder almost the same as an SLR. For over the head shots, I use the adequate 2.5 inch LCD with its articulating function. My shots are all just about perfect. Once in a while, I don't get the autofocus set just right, but that's only infrequently. I have taken daylight shots with the lens extended all the way to 560 mm and used the 4x digital zoom (makes 80x or about 2400 mm)and the IS keeps my shots very sharp for a handheld shot. Anyone wanting an easy to use camera with a lot of features, this is it. I was a professional for over 20 years, learned on a 4x5, then 2 1/4 ideal format, then 35 mm and now digital. This is the one without getting a full blown SLR.

Everything I wanted, everything I needed, plus more. A charger for batteries included? The SD card? Even fresh new batteries so you can get going right away? Awesome. And it takes AMAZING pictures. Family and friends are so impressed, as am I. Thanks!

I am still learning how to take video. This camera takes great pictures. I used the video at my son's soccer game. The camera peformed wondefully, the photographer, needs a little help.

I AM STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS ON THIS CAMERA BUT FOR THE PRICE FOR THE BUNDLE...GREAT DEAL. PICTURES TURN OUT GREAT EVEN WITHOUT THE FLASH ON. I AM NOT EXPERIENCED ONE BIT BUT WANTED A CAMERA THAT TOOK BETTER QUALITY PICTURES ESPECIALLY INDOORS. THIS WORKS FOR ME AND I AM EXCITED TO LEARN MORE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT SOONER BECAUSE I WANT TO CAPTURE MY KIDS AND WATCH THEM GROW. ALL MOMS SHOULD HAVE A CAMERA LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT EVEN TAKES VIDEOS.

The camera arrived in good time and in good condition. After several false starts with cheaper and more expensive cameras, this one fits the bill perfectly. An excellent combination of price and capabilities for the amateur photographer. My wife is a 'birder' and loves to take pictures, especially at a distance. This camera gives her clear, high pixel images. Highly recommended.
