Despite what previous reviewer wrote, have gotten excellent results.
Good tonal range, vibrant and true colors. No complaints.

My first review was negative, but I want to rectify that now. After experimenting with the color settings on my computer & printer, I printed some beautiful pictures. The blacks were deeper and the colors richer--just as the produt claims. I don't know if I can change the star rating above, but if I can, I would give this 5 stars.
