I bought a Wireless Controller LC-3 Set off of eBay for $110 that is compatible with my EOS-1V. I didn't know at the time that I needed this adapter to work with my camera. Buying this adapter saved me a lot of money. When I looked for the LC-4 set that does have the proper connector the lowest price I could find was $400 plus new. BTW, the LC-4 set doesn't appear to be any different than the LC-3 set other than the connector. This adapter fixes that issue. Great Canon made quality.
