I bought this kit being attracted to the case and the extra batteries. After reading reviews that the Canon Rebel has a downfall of poor battery life I wanted to make sure I never ran out while using my camera. I have to say I disagree with those reviews. These batteries are great and so is the one that came with my camera. So far anyhow. I have shot about 2,000 pictures with my camera and really never worry about the battery. The case that comes in this kit is nice too. Enough to protect my camera and not make it so bulky it is hard to carry around. As far as the other items that came with the kit I still have not used and can not comment on. Overall, happy with this purchase.

I bought this kit for xmas for the batteries and the case, the batteries are not canon brand, but they works very well, I use this charger instead the canon that comes with the camera, In other products reviews they said that it can't remain plugged on the wall, that quite sure but you can live with it and you can use it on your car (not needed yet with two extra batteries). If you have 8 gb os SDs you can run out of battery, if you don't take many photos in one day (100 to 200 even with flash (rebel xsi)) you probably won't require it unless you were camping.

The case is canon and can hold the camera with the lenses from the kit, I also have the EF-S 10-22mm wide angle and this one can not get inside.
Despite that very good for people like me with his first dslr and in need of something small to protect the camera and get the camera out quickly to take a shoot.

The rest of the kit the protective screen display just help you to wait for finding a good one, and the cleaning kit, I havent use it yet.. just the q-tip for my ears.
